Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING

Wherever you are in the mainland United Kingdom, we offer delivery with the following charges on our wines:

  • 1-2 bottles £5

  • Up to 6 bottles £10

  • Over 6 bottles £15

  • Enter the code WINE150 for complimentary delivery on orders over £150 

  • Free collection is available directly from the farm

DISPATCH

  • Orders placed before midday on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays will be dispatched on the same day via a 48-hour tracked service. 

  • Dispatch and delivery may take longer during busy periods. 

  • UK Mainland delivery only - no international or non-mainland UK deliveries.

  • We require a contact telephone number and email address for our courier service updates.

  • If part of your order is unavailable, the rest will be delivered in instalments at no additional charge. 

RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS

When your items are delivered please check the order carefully to ensure it is complete and no items are damaged. In the event that your order is visibly damaged, do not accept the order from the courier. 

If you have accepted the product and subsequently discover that they are damaged, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To report a damaged order, please send an email to wines@brenley-farm.co.uk stating ‘Damaged Item’ in the subject.

AVAILABILITY

Please remember that our products are agricultural and run out from time to time and therefore are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item we will notify you and offer a similar product as a replacement.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be set out in our price list at the time we confirm your order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you.
We accept payment on our website by debit and credit card. We will not dispatch the products until we are in receipt of cleared funds. The prices for the products exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

OUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason by informing you in writing. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us in respect of the order.

AGE RESTRICTION

By placing an order you confirm you are of at least 18 years old to comply with the law.
